As we step into 2026, the industry is undergoing a necessary correction. The initial noise surrounding AI is settling. The market is no longer rewarding only theoretical potential.

At the Tesseract Academy, we are adjusting our own roadmap to reflect this reality.

Our R&D Focus for 2026

We are currently focusing our engineering resources on two internal capabilities designed to bridge the gap between human expertise and automated scale:

• The AI Course Creator: We’re rolling out an AI Course Creator that helps you to generate fully personalized courses on demand based on your actual goals. It helps you turn the right ideas and materials into clean lesson structures, activities, and quizzes so you can start learning faster.

• The AI Career Coach: We’re also building an AI-powered Career + Strategy Coach for learners who want clarity on their careers.. It captures your role, goals, and constraints, then produces a practical 30/60/90-day plan, a portfolio-first action path, and a personalized learning route (with CV/LinkedIn improvements included).

We will share the full specifications of these tools in Q1. Our objective is to provide you with the frameworks to manage these technologies independently, reducing reliance on external consultants.

To kick off the year, we are hosting two sessions. One for creative workflows (funded by UKRI BridgeAI) and one for project operations.

AI & the New Creative Alliance Tuesday, Jan 20, 2026 Most professionals worry that AI will replace human creativity. Nadim Sadek joins us to prove the opposite. We will explore "Allied Intelligence" — a framework for partnering with AI to amplify your output rather than automate it away. You will leave with the "Spark–Draft–Polish" playbook to maintain high fidelity in your creative work.

Boost Project ROI with AI Automation Wednesday, Jan 21, 2026 For business owners and operators, speed is the metric that matters. Stan Yanakiev (MD of Mindrise) will break down the mechanics of "Project Management as a Service" (PMaaS). This session is about efficiency: how to use automation to drastically reduce overhead and accelerate project delivery without accumulating technical debt.
